Thoughts on hypothermia, frostbites, Ken Kamler and very little sleep

I don´t get a lot of sleep at the moment. It is just before 5 a.m in the morning and I have been up since 3.20.I am hungry, need more fat and I dwell on things too much. I am slightly worried how to get everything on board. Lats year was a great year, one of the best in my life, both personally and professionally. So I also wonder, what will 2013 be like? I just checked that temperature on my Iphonein the Verkhoyansk area right now, it is cooling down and during theselast few days I have read all I have on frostbite, frostnips and hypothermia. I have also talked to Ken Kamler, world famous doctor on Everest and we will try to cooperate on the issue of extreme cold. And I have lately written these articles on the subject:

1.Extreme cold, Choice of Clothes

2. Extreme cold; What is best, wool or high tech yarns?

3.10 valuebale items I would bring on an Polar Expedition

Polar equipment is slowly arriving and filling up my room. It feels good getting ready again! 20 days to go, but still a lot of kit missing and these Christmas Holidays, they´re long. Too long! It is a time nothing happens and one is kind of forced to sit and wait. The family feels something is going on and the kids are alert!
