Last autumn four of us skied 650 km across the ice sheet with 90 kg sleds and a single iPhone for a camera.
Over the next two weeks I’m releasing three one‑minute teasers here; the full short film will follow right after the third clip.
What to expect
-
No drones, no soundtrack swell—just wind, white‑out and one Cold‑War radar dome hovering in a blizzard.
-
An iPhone that survived –20 °C, clipped highlights and all.
-
Whispered diary lines recorded after ten one‑hour hauls, including the moment my Oura ring told me I’d “aged three years” in a month.
-
Acknowledgement up‑front: we stayed far from settlements, so Greenlandic voices are absent except for a brief stop in Tasiilaq. A title card notes that gap.
