I have been going to the gym again to prepare for the second phase. I have used gyms ever since I started with my travels to prepare the body and right now to be able to take all the hard work waiting, a train every second day after a tough German model, which basically means 10 sets, 10 reps, 30 seconds rest in between the sets. I am thru in 45 minutes. I do chest, shoulders, legs and calf’s day one, back, triceps, biceps and stomach day 2. 15 minute warm up. No stretching, I hate it.
