Gear Review: Men’s Mesa™ V2 Convertible Pant From Mountain Hardwear

Before setting off from Moss Side  on Expedition England With A Pram, I was trying to figure out what type of clothes I needed for all the expected rainfall to come. As always I talked to my old Siberian partner, Johan Ivarsson, who is working for Wenaas Nordic Sverige, and I told him about the expected weather plus that I had limited possibilities to carry stuff. Especially clothes. So all my clothes had to be light, durable och with a good fit. His answer was quick. Mountain Hardwear had all I needed. And for two months I had the same trousers, or converted into shorts, since the weather turned out sunny and warm, Men´s Mesa V2 Convertible Pant.

Even though I have continuously used them for two months, every day, they look unused. They fitted very well, it was easy to convert back in to long trousers, all details were simply, it was free from solutions one never will use, they are very durable and the zippers are great. So I give them…
