Best equipment from the Greenland Expedition and project?
I often get kit questions. What is good and what is not. Which brands? Since Christmas is coming up I have picked 5 items which I will present to you during five days. Equipment which is worth the price, works on the most demanding of Expeditions and won´t let you down.
Part 3. Polyver boots.
What you have on your feet is important in the Arctic. We needed a boot which was easy to use in daily life, but could be used on our outdoor journeys´. Polyver was perfect. All four of us had them. We still do. They´re easy to put on, comfortable, keeps the cold at bay. And not once did my feet feel cold. We walked long distances in them. After a year they were run down!
