Expedition Preparations, part 5; Ready To Race In April

It has taken me 3 months to recover from overdoing it with competing and training. My achilles. But with the help of a few experts, i have recovered (I think) and learnt loads. It has been a very productive 3 months and it has moved me into the world of health, sport, longevity and training. Which I like a lot! So one more hurdle handled getting there! Still some time! But the first 10 km felt good. Mainly because I have lost 5-7 kg:s since November.
